Josh Huggins

<p dir="ltr">Josh founded GS2 after selling his previous recruitment business and has worked within the industry since 2010. Initially starting out predominantly within IT recruitment, Josh moved on to HSE and HSEQ where he progressed through the company, completing the sale of the business in 2020.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Josh founded GS2 in May 2022 with the purpose of connecting those that believe in leaving the world better than they found it, focusing on the rising need for positive social and environmental reform.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Growing up Josh wanted to be a footballer, however, he gave up on the professional dream after a year at the age of 19 - he wasn&rsquo;t good enough! Josh did, however, continue to play semi professionally for over 10 years, making it to the first round of the FA cup two years in a row, live on BT Sport!</p>
<p dir="ltr">Josh has two children, a gorgeous curly haired son called Hugo and an incredible step son called Oscar who suffers from a condition called Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA).&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">Josh regularly raises money for SMA charities by taking part in various activities, more recently completing the South Downs Challenge, the London Marathon and The Cleveland Way.</p>

Naz Bhad

<p dir="ltr">Naz leads our contract and interim team, bringing over a decade of experience.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">Having progressed within his previous recruitment company to Managing Director, breaking several records on the way, Naz brings with him a huge amount of knowledge in contract and interim roles within the sustainability, ESG and HSE markets.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">Growing up Naz graduated from the University of Kingston, where he studied Business and Managerial Economics, and whilst growing up he wanted to be a pilot, he has since set his sights on flying high within the recruitment world instead!</p>
<p dir="ltr">Outside of work Naz immerses himself in all things football - specifically Arsenal! and further supporting charities which are close to him, specifically the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.</p>

Heather Mclaren

<p dir="ltr">Heather joined the GS2 Founding Team in early 2023 providing organisation and process to the chaos!</p>
<p dir="ltr">Having progressed within her previous role in estate agency, from Sales Admin through to Head of Operations. Heather joins with substantial operational and EA experience and is the go-to person at GS2 HQ, focusing on business operations, HR, marketing and EA support to Josh.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Heather wanted to be an interior designer or an Art teacher but has instead settled for channeling her creativity into her family home.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Heather studied at Winchester University and completed a double honours degree in Education Studies &amp; Creative Writing with the intention to go on and teach Art.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">Heather has a fiercely independent daughter, called Freya and a Welsh Pembroke Corgi called Alby, who is a very good boy but unfortunately not allowed into GS2 HQ (building rules)!</p>
<p dir="ltr">Heather enjoys cycling and running in her spare time and successfully completed the Shelter Urban Rush (15 miles) coming in as the 3rd fastest female at 1hr 56m.</p>

Tyler Webb

<p dir="ltr">Tyler joined the GS2 founding team at the start of 2023 after working as a Research Associate within an international executive search provider. Tyler is well versed in recruiting across a range of sectors, primarily helping individuals within consultancy, infrastructure and property secure the best opportunities.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Tyler&rsquo;s dream as a child was to BE Steven Gerrard, he has since encountered some complications in the dream and has resided to being the Stevie G of GS2.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Tyler studied Undergraduate History and Postgraduate Politics and International Relations at Winchester University and after enjoying his time in Winchester, has since stayed and now lives within the City.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">Growing up, as a child, Tyler used to have a stammer but has worked hard to overcome this and communication is a great strength - he loves building exceptional relationships with his community.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Another football fan, Tyler supports Liverpool and once played at Fratton Park for Gosport and Fareham but now plays Sunday League football.</p>

Ciara Young

<p dir="ltr">Ciara joined the Founding Team at GS2 in 2023 after nearly four years in a Delivery Consultant role in central London.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">Ciara comes with great experience and is able to apply this in order to help find and support the best purpose driven recruiters to join and succeed within GS2, along with supporting clients within our interim and contract practice.</p>
<p dir="ltr">When Ciara was younger she loved tractors (John Deere's specifically) and wanted to marry a farmer, fortunately for her husband, she changed her mind and they now live in Farnborough with their Labrador, Poncho and daughter, who is full of sass!</p>
<p dir="ltr">At school Ciara loved learning French and now speaks the language fluently following living in Toulouse for two years, along with learning Italian at University.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">When Ciara&rsquo;s not out scuba diving or parenting at the weekend she can be found working in her garden.&nbsp;</p>

Daniel Saunders

<p dir="ltr">Dan joins GS2 after spending over six years in his previous role, specifically working within contract and interim where he gained extensive experience in the HSEQ space. Dan brings with him a passion for growth and is joining Naz to create the contract and interim team at GS2.</p>
<p>Growing up Dan gravitated towards the sporting world and had high hopes for a career within the sector; a proffessional footballer, cricketer or a sports coach and physio, but soon realised his drive was for something different. After getting into recruitment he has decided his sporting career is best kept as a passion.</p>
<p>Outside work, Dan loves to play cricket and football, an Arsenal supporter (if anyone asks!), and he regularly playing for his local clubs. He also regularly raises money towards University&nbsp;College London Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, a charity close to his heart.&nbsp;</p>

Luca Araguez

<p><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: Poppins;">Luca joins GS2 as a Delivery Consultant and has been with us since the end of July after previously working within the HSE space at an established recruitment organisation. Luca is experienced in recruiting across a range of sectors, primarily helping individuals within construction and infrastructure secure the best opportunities.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: Poppins;">As someone able to name all the countries in the world, their flags and place them on a map, Luca surprisingly wanted to be a Marine Biologist when he was growing up, but has now decided to stick to something a little more land based!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: Poppins;">As an avid football fan (a Liverpool supporter if you're asking) and an avid player, Luca reached the quarter finals of the National School Football Tournament and when he was younger previously played for both Reading and Arsenal.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: Poppins;">Luca is half-Spanish and has a lot of family living in the South of Spain, where he spent a lot of time growing up during the Summer Holidays and still regularly visits now.&nbsp;</span></p>

Tom Glanfield

<p dir="ltr">Tom joined the GS2 board in May 2023, and is one of the most prominent recruitment leaders globally.</p>
<p dir="ltr">He works closely with Josh and our leadership team to plan and execute our ambitious and exciting growth plans.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Having founded his firm LHi Group back in 2002, he built the business into a global success story which now has over 400 staff and 5 major brands, regularly featuring in the Virgin Fasttrack awards, along with being a Sunday Times Best Company to work for.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Personally Tom has two sons and loves competing in challenging sporting events, including a number of Iron Man triathlons (not for the faint hearted!).</p>
