The successful Climate Resilience Team Leader will:- Have a solid knowledge of climate resilience and adaptation standards, legislation (UK and Europe), and best practices.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the built environment sector, including commerciality, project roles, and stages across buildings and infrastructure.
- Hold relevant degree/postgraduate qualifications or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Exhibit a positive outlook, with a proactive and “can-do” approach to teamwork and problem-solving.
- Ideally be a member or working towards membership with relevant industry bodies.
- Shape and grow new service offering for the business whilst reporting at board level
