An established Solar EPC based in Madrid is seeking a Construction Project Manager to manage Photovoltaic (PV) construction projects. You’ll ensure projects meet technical, financial, and regulatory benchmarks while leading cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Create detailed project strategies, schedules, and budgets.

• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to maintain quality standards.

• Oversee construction and ensure grid connection compliance.

• Monitor budgets, mitigate risks, and maintain stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate will:

• Bring 5+ years of solar construction management experience.

• Have expertise in EPC processes and grid operator collaboration.

• Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Be fluent in Spanish and English and open to travel.
