A dynamic and impactful position has arisen for an Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor to join an industry leading manufacturing organisation.
The manufacturing organisation is a forward-thinking firm dedicated to pioneering sustainability practices across all its operations. This role will report directly to the Global HSE Director and
work closely with various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation of key sustainability & environmental initiatives.

The successful Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor will:- Hold a NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent;
- Be a great communicator, with the ability to build excellent relationships with all levels of staff
- Have a growth mindset and be looking to learn and develop in their career
- Be a self starter with motivation and ambition to deliver without constant oversight and management
- Pride themselves in delivering operational excellence and be constantly looking to develop innovative approaches within Health and Safety
- Have an inquisitive and curious approach to incidents and accidents
In return the successful individual will receive an attractive compensation package consisting:- Salary of £35k to £45k
- Health cover including family
- Annual leave of 26 days + bank holidays
- Life assurance 3x annual salary
- Bonus of up to £3500 tax free
- Company pension paying 1.5x your contribution up to 7.5% of salary
