This role reports to the Head of SHEQ and works closely with project teams, senior management, and external stakeholders, such as training providers and supply chain partners. Core responsibilities include developing and implementing high-quality training solutions to enhance competence and align with the SHEQ strategy.

The successful Learning & Development Manager will:- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in learning and development, with experience in the construction industry.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and influence skills, with a proactive approach to professional growth and development.
- Develop and deliver engaging training content aligned with compliance requirements and organisational goals.
- Ensure compliance are Mandatory Competency Matrix, develop learning pathways for all levels of the business, and manage training frameworks and accreditations.
- Drive continuous improvement by embedding leading performance metrics and identifying areas for growth and innovation.
