We are seeking a Project Development Manager to join an innovative renewable energy developer headquartered in Paris. In this role, you’ll lead solar PV projects from inception to the Ready-to-Build (RTB) stage, collaborating with a diverse, multidisciplinary team.


Key responsibilities:
  • Originate and secure land for utility-scale solar PV projects.
  • Manage all aspects of project development to meet technical and financing standards.
  • Cultivate relationships with local authorities and stakeholders, ensuring seamless project approval processes.
  • Oversee consultants and contractors to deliver RTB-stage projects.
  • Prepare investment memos and reports for leadership decision-making.

The ideal candidate will:
  • Be fluent in French and English, with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Have 3–5 years of experience in utility-scale renewable energy project development.
  • Possess a degree in engineering, economics, or a related field (MSc preferred).
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
