We are seeking a Project Development Manager to join a dynamic renewable energy company in Milan. You’ll lead utility-scale solar PV projects from origination to RTB, collaborating with an experienced team of professionals.

 

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire land for solar PV development.
• Oversee project development processes, ensuring regulatory and technical compliance.
• Build strong relationships with local authorities, public bodies, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with consultants and contractors to deliver RTB projects.
• Prepare investment memos and reports to support strategic decisions.

 

The ideal candidate will:

• Be fluent in Italian and English, with exceptional communication skills.
• Have 3–5 years of experience in utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Hold a degree in engineering, economics, or a related field (MSc is a plus).
• Excel under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and budgets.
