We’re seeking a Project Development Manager to join a rapidly growing solar PV IPP in Madrid. You’ll play a crucial role in advancing solar PV projects, working alongside a talented, interdisciplinary team to bring projects to RTB status.

 

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the origination and acquisition of land for utility-scale solar projects.
• Ensure projects meet all technical, regulatory, and financial requirements.
• Build and nurture relationships with authorities and stakeholders.
• Oversee project delivery in collaboration with consultants and contractors.
• Support leadership with decision templates and investment reports.

 

The ideal candidate will:

• Be fluent in Spanish and English, with a proven track record in renewable energy.
• Bring 3–5 years of experience in large-scale project development.
• Hold a degree in engineering, economics, or a similar field (MSc preferred).
• Excel at negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
