A dynamic and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Project Engineer to join a team which are one of the UK’s leading environmental services companies, specialising in the restoration of rivers, wetlands, and other natural habitats. 

The company's office is based in the West Midlands and offers a hybrid working structure that also involves travel to various beautiful project sites across the UK.

The successful Project Engineer will:

  • Be qualified to HNC level or equivalent with demonstrable experience in construction project delivery.

  • Have proficiency in AutoCAD, along with general IT literacy.

  • Have at least 1-2 years of engineering experience in a construction environment, with a focus on site-based delivery.

  • Possess a good understanding of CDM regulations and the roles and responsibilities in construction project delivery.

  • Be an effective communicator, willing to take direction and manage a varied task list.

  • Show commitment to the highest standards of Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental protection.

In return the successful individual will receive an attractive compensation package consisting:

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 per annum.

  • Coverage for mileage, fuel, accommodation, and wear-and-tear expenses for travel.

  • Hybrid working arrangement (2 days in the office, 3 days from home).
