A newly created opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager, Reward and Compensation, to join a leading investment manager and private equity firm. This is a career defining opportunity to transform the way this global and fast growing organisation views compensation, payroll and benefits. 

This role reports to the Global Head of People, leading key projects and collaborating with teams to deliver a cohesive compensation strategy. As a newly created position, it offers the opportunity to make the role your own and advance within the organisation.

 The successful Senior Manager, Reward and Compensation  will:
  • Have a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (ideally a qualified accountant).
  • Strong expertise in UK payroll tax regulations, labour laws, and compliance; knowledge of European regulations is a plus.
  • Have strong excel and data software skills, used to not only data input and processing, but to analyse and recommend following this.
  • Be able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working.
