A newly created position has arisen for a Sustainable Finance Manager to join a leading investment manager and private equity firm to continue their relentless pursuit of a sustainable future.
This role will report directly to the Group Head of Sustainability and will play a critical role in driving the firm’s sustainable finance initiatives, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations, and integrating sustainability into their investment strategies.
This role will act as the in-house expert on EU taxonomy, Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), and do-no-significant-harm assessments. As well as a technical expert, you will engage with the investment teams to deliver success across sustainability and finance.

The successful Sustainable Finance Manager will:- Have experience operating at a senior level as a sustainability professional, with 3+ years of focusing on financial services.
- Be confident in working with EU Taxonomy and the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation incl Principle Adverse Impact (PAI) Indicators and Do-no-significant harm assessments.
- Be able to manage several projects simultaneously, whilst engaging with a range of stakeholders.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be confident in public speaking and representing the company at events.
- Feel comfortable delivering within a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to improve process, data and disclosure across various funds.
