Reporting directly to the Social Sustainability Director, this role places you at the heart of the UK Social Sustainability Senior Leadership Team. You will lead a team of social sustainability professionals across Southern England and Wales, driving the organisation’s ambition to be the most socially conscious contractor. This includes delivering on the roadmap to achieve a minimum of 35% social value against revenue by 2026.
